The target audience of the Sunbelt meeting is student health service administrators who are in decision making positions and who are interested in sharing experiences and concerns about college health in an informal setting.

Please fill out the Check Registration Form below. All attendees must register on a separate form. Registration fee is $125.00. Your fee includes registration for the meeting, a reception on Wednesday evening July 13 with heavy hors d’oeuvres; breakfast, mid-morning, mid afternoon snacks, and an evening cocktail reception on Thursday July 14; and breakfast Friday morning July 15. Lunch and dinner each day is “on your own.” Many attendees use the lunch and dinner times to enjoy the many fine restaurants in Charleston and to extend the networking conversations that are prompted at the meeting. Hotel reservations and payment are the responsibility of individual attendees.

The meeting will be held at the Mills House, located in the heart of downtown Charleston at 115 Meeting Street. Rooms have been reserved at a special rate of $173 per night. This special rate is guaranteed only until June 10, 2016.
