To best address the healthcare needs of our students, Student Health Service will be adjusting its operational hours for the Fall 2020 semester. The clinic will expand its hours of operation Monday through Friday, as well as adding new clinic hours on Saturday and Sunday.
Nurses will also be available 24/7 for phone consultations by calling the Student Health Service. Additionally the Wake Forest EMS team will remain available to respond to any location on campus, and a staff physician will always be on call. In the event of a medical emergency, students should continue to call 911 (or 336-758-5911 by cell phone to reach University Police). Please note that the physical clinic will no longer be available overnight for walk-ins.
Our team is glad to be able to offer extended care through the week – when students need it most – and we will continue to evaluate the impact and efficacy of this expanded approach.
