Student Health Service winter break hours
Clinic hours from December 7, 2020 – January 23, 2021
December 7-11
- Open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. You must call 336.758.5218 or email apptshs@wfu.edu to schedule an appointment (in-person or virtual).
December 12-January 10
- Student Health Service clinic, pharmacy and lab will be closed. Call 336.758.5218 to be connected to an off-site medical provider for guidance or 911 in the event of an emergency.
Please note this provider cannot answer questions related to quarantine/isolation status.
January 11-22
- Open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday thru Fridays. You must call 336.758.5218 or email apptshs@wfu.edu to schedule an appointment (in-person or virtual).
January 23
- Resume seven days a week clinic hours.
Students in Isolation at the Best Western Plus will continue to be contacted daily and staff will be on-site to assist with your needs. Email traceshs@wfu.edu if you have a question related to your status or getwell@wfu.edu if you require assistance from hotel staff.
