New students: check your compliance status

All new undergraduate and graduate students are required to be up to date with required vaccines (see policy for list). You and your healthcare physician need to complete the Health Information and Immunization form and submit to Wake Forest by July 1.

The status of your documentation is available in your Student Health Portal.

For new students: once you log into the portal with your WFU email address, an IMMUNIZATION COMPLIANCE banner (pictured above) will appear at the top of your screen with your current status.

If you see green checkmarks for all required vaccines in the IMMUNIZATION COMPLIANCE banner, you are in compliance with University policy. No further action is needed.

If you see any red Xs for required vaccines in the IMMUNIZATION COMPLIANCE banner, it either means you are not yet in compliance OR that your documentation was recently submitted and is still processing (please allow for up to 72 hours from submission for your status to update). You should check your Secure Messages in the portal to see if any additional information is needed.
